El Septimo Cognac is very exclusive, and only

a few cognacs have what it takes to be

selected in its limited cognac release. This

VSOP is meant to be the affordable, everyday

excellence that one can experience.

El Septimo VSOP cognacs are made in limited

edition and individually numbered bottles.

These are one-time production and once it is

drunk it is gone – there is no more, as they are

crafted in low numbers single batch.

The average age of this VSOP is well above

the minimum age requirement. These VSOP

batches always exemplify the balance

between youth, fruitiness and bright flavors,

and maturity with soft and deep round flavors

normally expected from much older cognacs.

NOSE A soft nose of dried apricot, candied figs,

and grilled almonds.

PALATE Complex aromas of dried fruits and

gingers with lingering nuttiness.

FINISH Silky and medium-weight, it lingers with a

smooth balance of fruits and spices.
